The intention is to create confident, joyful movement for life. Practicing in this way you can learn to know your body as responsive, adaptive and infinitely wise. Broadening your understanding of your body and mind you can truly maximise your movement potential.

The focus is less on aesthetics, and more on skilful movement quality.

What can you expect
from a class?

You can expect a combination of traditional yoga postures with breathing (pranayama) and relaxation techniques, but also mobility and strength work, and creative opportunities to learn.

We can work together on tailored programmes towards specific movement goals, through injury recovery, to advance your asana practice, or just to get into the body and move in a way that makes you feel great.

Practicing in this way is so compelling because there is so much possibility, it doesn’t close us off to anything or ask us to squeeze into any mold. Our practice is liberating and joyful… and it works.
